Defendant, a member of Division 1478 of the Amalgamated Association of Street, Electric Railway and Motor Coach Employees of America (Amalgamated), was employed as a bus operator by Somerset Bus Co. Inc., Mountainside, New Jersey. On May 23, 1963 a fine in the sum of $50 was assessed against him for infraction of union rules...
