SEITZ, Chancellor:

Plaintiffs, husband and wife, live and own the property at 2611 Linkwood Avenue, Roselle. The defendants, husband and wife, own the property at 2609 Linkwood Avenue. Plaintiffs seek a permanent injunction preventing defendants from interfering with plaintiffs' use of an 8 foot driveway which has as its center line their common property line.
