Plaintiffs and defendants are the owners of adjoining residential lots in the City of Waukegan. Plaintiffs purchased their house and lot from one Pickett. Sometime later the defendants purchased the adjoining property and constructed their residence. The defendants installed a sump pump in the basement and connected the outlet to a trough which directed the drainage water onto the property of the plaintiffs...
