This cause comes on appeal from a judgment of no cause of action granted in favor of the defendant in the circuit court for the county of Wayne. The plaintiff Frank Murphy sought recovery for alleged personal injuries suffered because of a fall on a defective sidewalk at 3163 Arndt in Detroit, Michigan, on May 18, 1960.
