This action was instituted by plaintiff Leon Laguerre, the patentee of two Laguerre patents numbers 3,140,038 (the first Laguerre patent) and 3,227,358 (the second Laguerre patent), and plaintiff C-Thru Products, Inc., his exclusive United States licensee, for infringement of both patents.
