Appellants were indicted under a three-count indictment. The first two were under sections 1953(a) (interstate transportation of wagering paraphernalia) and 2 (aiding and abetting) of the Criminal Code, 18 U.S.C.A. §§ 1953 (a) and 2. The third count charged them with conspiring to commit the crimes set forth in the first two counts in violation of § 371,...
