Appellant was convicted of willfully making false statements on his income tax returns for the years 1958 and 1959 in violation of 26 U.S.C.A. § 7206(1). Of the many specifications of error relied upon the only one that need be noted is the contention that the indictment should have been dismissed because the grand jury pool from which this particular grand jury was selected was compiled...
