The respondent, University of South Carolina, in June 1964 commenced an eminent domain proceeding in Richland County and, in the course thereof, deposited with the Clerk of Court of Richland County the sum of $140,000, pursuant to the provision of Section 25-109 of the 1962 Code of Laws.
