Defendant Ralph C. Gallison appeals an adjudication of annulment granted below where he was found to be the father of plaintiff Delores Anne Gallison's child, Patricia Anne, and adjudged to pay permanent support for said child.

There is no dispute on appeal as to the determination below that the ceremonial marriage entered into between plaintiff and defendant on November 4, 1961, was of a bigamous nature, a nullity and void ab initio,
