SIMONS, District Judge.

The complaint herein is for a declaratory judgment under the provisions of 28 U.S.C.A. § 2201. It alleges a contract between the plaintiff, a South Carolina corporation, and the defendant, a corporation of the country of Surinam, which contract is presently the subject of a lawsuit in the courts of Surinam. Jurisdiction is based upon diversity of citizenship.
