Appellant was informed against for the crimes of breaking and entering with intent to commit rape and assault with intent to commit rape. Subsequently with counsel by his side, he pleaded guilty to the crime of breaking and entering with intent to commit rape, was adjudged guilty and sentenced to serve a term of 15 years. The State abandoned the count charging assault with intent to commit rape. Three years later, while serving the sentence imposed...
