By their suit petitioners, W. Floyd Deacon, Priest Baze and C. O. Crumbley, plaintiffs in the trial court, sought judgment declaring City of Euless annexation ordinances Nos. 189, 190 and 192 void, and enjoining the City and its officers from levying taxes against their lands and otherwise attempting to exercise municipal jurisdiction over the same.
