Three taxpayers, Petitioners here, brought an injunction proceeding against the City of Corpus Christi, its Board of Adjustment, and the Greater Corpus Enterprises, Inc., operator of a Ramada Inn. The suit was to restrain the maintenance of a large Ramada Inn sign authorized by the Board as a variance under the City zoning ordinance.
