In 1949, Tom I. Steed owned real estate located at 100 Rhinehart Road in Pine Bluff, Arkansas. He leased the property to H. L. McHone under a five year lease with a five year renewal option. During the life of this lease McHone constructed a one story frame building, 16' x 36', on the premises. McHone engaged in the manufacture and sale of ice cream from this outlet. The lease agreement entered into by Steed and McHone is not in the record. However...
