SEBRING, Justice. (Ret.).

The Florida Bar instituted a disciplinary proceeding against the respondent, Reid F. Moore, an active member of the Florida Bar, charging that he had been guilty, in specified particulars, of unethical conduct as an attorney. To the complaint, the respondent filed an extensive answer denying that he was guilty as charged. A referee appointed to conduct a hearing on the issue concluded, after he had received more than 700 pages of testimony...
