Defendant, Dwayne Lee Gunter, was charged with and convicted for the crime of robbery, in violation of A.R.S. §§ 13-641 and 13-643, in the Superior Court of Maricopa County on March 12, 1965. On March 23, 1965, he was sentenced to not less than five nor more than seven years in the Arizona State Prison. Defendant appeals therefrom and the only issue before this court is whether his conviction was based upon illegally obtained...
