Plaintiffs, Mr. and Mrs. Dan Nickens, tenants under lease of a small frame residence, instituted this action against their lessors, Mr. and Mrs. C. A. McGehee, and said landlord's insurer, Standard Accident Insurance Company, to recover the value of plaintiff's household furnishings, clothing and personal effects lost in a fire which occurred February 25, 1963, destroying virtually all the contents of the rented house.
