Eleven claims for treble damages, all grounded on the same alleged Sherman Act violations, were asserted in these cases. The claims were made by the several plaintiffs in Cause #2797 and, as a counterclaim in Cause #2350, by the defendants Wendt and Sutterlin, co-partners.
