Robert Jones appeals from a judgment of the District Court for the Southern District of New York convicting him of narcotics violations after trial by Judge Tenney without a jury. The indictment charged Jones and one Ramon Rivera with two sales of heroin on January 16 and 27, 1964. Each transaction was the subject of two substantive counts, one under 21 U.S.C. §§ 173 and 174, the other under 26 U.S.C. §§ 4705(a) and 7237...
