Marvin Mirsky, the defendant, filed a petition for a post-divorce order restraining Dolores Mirsky, the plaintiff, from interfering with the enrollment of their son in a school chosen by him. The petition alleged that the father had chosen the Sands Point School in accordance with the provisions of an agreement between the parties which had been incorporated in the divorce decree, and that it was in the best interests...
