The appellant, R.W. Price, was an employee of the appellee, Florida East Coast Railway Company. This is an appeal by the plaintiff, appellant, in an action brought under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff in the amount of $25,000 and judgment was entered thereon.
