This is an action for indemnity or contribution in which Iowa Power and Light Company, hereinafter referred to as Ipalco, seeks to recover all or one-half of $177,090.79 which it paid to settle a judgment rendered against it in a suit for personal injuries sustained by Glenn Visser.
