The petition avers that Nason was indicted for murder on September 12, 1962, and was committed to Bridgewater State Hospital (Bridgewater) under G.L.c. 123, § 100.1 Pursuant to subsequent Superior Court orders Nason was transferred to Medfield State Hospital...
