ROBERTSON, Justice.

Upon remand of this Case to the Chancery Court of Harrison County for a trial on the issue of damages alone, the Chancellor, after a full hearing, determined that the remaining Complainants had been damaged, but that the proof was not sufficient to show with reasonable certainty either the extent or amount of the damages suffered, and the judgment of the Court was that the Complainants recover $5,000 damages, this being the amount of the bond deposited...
