Plaintiffs, T. R. and Celestia Fitzwater, instituted this action in the Circuit Court of Raleigh County to recover for personal injury and property damage arising out of a collision between an automobile, owned by Celestia Fitzwater and operated by T. R. Fitzwater, and a tractor-trailer, owned by Felts Transportation Corporation and operated by Jerry W. Spangler. A jury returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiffs for $25,200, judgment was entered...
