Plaintiff sustained injuries in a fall over a Samsonite overnight case of another patron in defendant's store. The jury returned a verdict in the sum of $3,500. On motion, the trial court set aside the verdict and entered a judgment notwithstanding the verdict in favor of the defendant. From such judgment order, plaintiff appeals.
