Mr. Justice McINTYRE delivered the opinion of the court.

Action was brought for damages based on fraud and deceit in connection with the purchase of a motel, with a service station and cafe, at Afton, Wyoming.

The purchasers of the motel and plaintiffs in the action were C.H. Davis and Shirley Lou Davis. The vendors and defendants were Lon Schiess and Nettie Schiess. They made a counterclaim in the action, for reformation of the contract between the parties...
