This suit involves a joint petition for injunctive relief against the Louisiana State Livestock Sanitary Board and other named defendants, asserting that the petitioners, as owners of 3000 head of swine, are and will be irreparably injured and adversely affected by regulations put into effect by the said Louisiana State Livestock Sanitary Board.
