This appeal emanates from a divorce proceeding instituted by the appellant, Vernon Whitman, against the appellee, Helen Whitman. In his complaint for divorce the appellant, in pertinent part, alleged that appellee had been guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment which rendered intolerable their further relationship as husband and wife. The appellant further alleged that he was not the father of a female child...
