WHITTEMORE, J.

The insurer, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, has appealed from a final decree of the Superior Court following a decision of the reviewing board adopting and affirming the decision of a single member on August 20, 1964. Except in a respect noted in point 2 of this opinion, the decree reflected the findings of the reviewing board.

The evidence before the single member permitted his finding that the employee during the course of his employment...
