Plaintiffs, husband and wife, by this action in tort, seek to recover damages for personal injuries sustained by the wife, and special damages sustained by the husband in the nature of hospital and medical expenses, and the loss of the wife's services, resulting from a motor-vehicle collision of March 15, 1961, on U. S. Highway 80 about 2.1 miles west of Rayville, Louisiana. Involved in the accident were an ambulance in which plaintiffs were riding,...
