In the court below, the plaintiffs-respondents instituted an action against multiple defendants, including the petitioners herein. The defendants were all served with process in counties other than Pima County with the sole exception of one Mike Pintek, a resident of Pima County employed by the Arizona Highway Department. On motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim on which relief could be granted, judgment was entered dismissing the complaint...
