The defendant was convicted of the crime of burglary and has appealed. At the time of the commission of the crime and defendant's detention by the authorities he was seventeen years of age. A deputy sheriff, armed with a detention warrant issued by the juvenile court, took the defendant into custody at school. There was evidence from which the trial court could and did find that the deputy sheriff...
