This is an appeal from an inquisition of a jury in the Circuit Court for Calvert County in a condemnation proceeding. The appellees were the owners of a 107 acre property, used by them as a tobacco and grain farm. The farm included approximately 45 acres of cleared land, the balance being wooded.
