After a demurrer of defendant Safety Savings and Loan Association, and defendant Woods, to the first amended complaint had been sustained on all the grounds specified in the demurrer, plaintiff did not file an amended complaint within the time allowed for amending, and an order of dismissal was entered as to said defendants.
