PANNELL, Judge.

1. The fact that local newspapers, on the day before the trial of the defendant in the present case on a charge of voluntary manslaughter, publicized the defendant's arrest on another charge, and some of the prospective jurors may have read this report, does not show the existence of such prejudice in the county of the forum as to make the obtaining of a fair and impartial jury impossible (Morgan v. State, 211 Ga. 172
