This is an action for personal injuries and loss of earnings which plaintiff allegedly suffered as a result of an accident involving the Chicago Transit Authority bus in which he was riding on April 22, 1957. Plaintiff moved for a directed verdict at the close of all the evidence, but his proffered instruction to this effect was refused.
