The defendant was convicted of driving a motor vehicle after revocation of his driver's license contrary to the provisions of par 6-303 of c 95 1/2, Ill Rev Stats 1965. Trial was before the court, the defendant having waived jury trial. Sentence in this case was incarceration for a period of 90 days in the State Penal Farm.
