The petition alleges: The plaintiff and the defendant's representative on or about January 25, 1965, executed an application for a policy of insurance, and the insurer's representative on the same date executed a receipt for money "on account of the first premium for the policy" applied for. The sum paid was the full first premium for the policy, which was to be payable quarterly, and the company accepted and cashed the check given as one full payment...
