The defendants, Frank Gnadl and Lieselotte Gnadl, have appealed from a decree of the Circuit Court of Cook County finding that the plaintiffs, Glenn Marbach and Christine Marbach, as contract vendors of certain improved real estate, were entitled to a lien upon the proceeds of various fire insurance policies.
