This is an appeal from a bench trial robbery conviction. Defendant was sentenced to a term of not less than two years nor more than ten years in the Illinois State Penitentiary. He appeals on the grounds that the state failed to prove that the taking of the property in question was done by the use of force as set forth in the statute (Ill Rev Stats 1965, c 38, § 18-1) and that the state failed...
