This appeal by Edward R. Edwardsen from his conviction of statutory burglary by a Baltimore City jury presents for the second time a question as to whether the police had probable cause to make the arrest without a warrant. The conviction of the appellant on the same charge was reversed and remanded in Edwardsen v. State, 231 Md. 332,
