HORNEY, J., delivered the opinion of the Court.

In this action for trespass to real property and ancillary injunctive relief brought by Myrl Wilt and his wife (Myrl) against Marshall Wilt (Marshall) to settle the dispute as to the location of the boundary line between their respective properties, the lower court found that Myrl had obtained title to the disputed strip of land by adverse possession and Marshall appealed.
