This case comes to the court upon a complaint filed by the plaintiff seeking to enjoin the enforcement of a compensation order issued by defendant Deputy Commissioner on January 13, 1965. The action is now before the court for consideration of motions for summary judgment filed by both plaintiff and defendants.
