Ruth Olson Shaw filed a motion for judgment to recover damages from the defendants, Hervey S. Hockaday and Waite Lumber Company, Inc., for injuries suffered by her as the result of a collision between an automobile operated by her husband, David M. Shaw, in which she was a passenger, and a tractor-trailer owned by the corporate defendant and operated by its employee, Hockaday.
