This is an action by the United States Fidelity & Guaranty Company as plaintiff against Missouri Valley Construction Company to recover the amounts paid by the plaintiff to the executor of the estate of Nicholas J. W. Shada under the Workmen's Compensation Act. The plaintiff is the insurance carrier for Carl Whitney.
