The National Labor Relations Board petitions for enforcement of its order under Section 10 of the National Labor Relations Act, 29 U.S.C. § 151 et seq. The Board's decision and order are reported at 148 NLRB 278. The Board, agreeing with the Trial Examiner, found violations of Sections 8(a) (1), 8(a) (3), and 8(a) (5) of the National Labor Relations Act.
