Timothy DeBerry and Anthony Monsour were indicted for the crime of armed robbery. Monsour pleaded guilty. DeBerry pleaded not guilty, was found guilty by a jury and after a hearing in mitigation and aggravation was sentenced to 30 to 50 years in the penitentiary.
