This is a contract action in which the plaintiff obtained a jury verdict and judgment for $17,110 for the manufacture of a custom-built mobile feed mill. Thereafter, defendant's alternative motion for new trial was granted, on the basis that the court improperly submitted the question of damages to the jury.
