SHADLE, J., September 15, 1966.
Defendant, which is engaged in the business of renting riding horses to the public, rented such a horse to plaintiff. Plaintiff alleged that while he was riding the horse, the saddle slipped, causing him to fall to the ground and suffer personal injuries for which he seeks recovery. He claims that defendant was negligent in not properly securing the saddle.
